Well - I am hopeful that my little old home computer will once again be running soon! I spent - what seemed like hours on the phone with a very nice tech and it seems the system recovery worked. Now to find out if there is still anything left on the hard drive!
Meanwhile, you can still use Frugal Indy! It does not affect my website - only my personal home computer.

Here's a really off-topic question for you-have you ever frozen potato soup? Just wondering.... :)
I have not - sorry. I think that the potatoes would break down if they are already cooked completely.
I did a lot of reading about freezing potatoes last week (my 30 lbs) and it seems like partially cooked ones hold up best.
